2021: BREYER LAW FIRM

MARK and ALEXIS BREYER

Mark and Alexis Breyer founded The Husband and Wife Law Team 25 years ago. Well, they actually founded “Breyer Law Offices” 25 years ago, and Mark wanted to be the lead attorney. The mistake in this thinking was immediately recognized and repeatedly pointed out by none other than Alexis’s father. He repeatedly explained to Mark that having “The Husband and Wife Law Team” would reassure people they were in good hands. That is what he said. What he meant was that Alexis needed to be prominently displayed as a key member of the law practice as often as possible.

We tried to give this award in 2020 but had to wait due to COVID. The Arizona Governor’s Office of Highway Safety is the focal point for highway safety issues in Arizona. GOHS provides leadership by developing, promoting, and coordinating programs, influencing public and private policy, and increasing public awareness of highway safety. The Governor’s Office of Highway Safety (GOHS) has supported AMSAF through multiple grants in motorcycle training and helmet assistance to help promote safety and awareness. The Director, Alberto Gutier, has been instrumental in helping to reduce crashes and fatalities in Arizona and has taken the lead in helping to reduce or eliminate Distracted Driving. On a personal note, I have had the fortune to work with Alberto for many years, and I have never seen anyone work as hard as he does to help the State, Community, and Police. He has helped the Motorcycle Community to be safer in so many ways. We thank him for his passion, trust, and desire to do everything he can for the Community.
